Personal Coach & Trainer - Joanne Robinson
Every relationship has its challenges, primarily because we are all unique individuals having our own differences, experiences, backgrounds, history, culture, beliefs, expectations and ideas about life and how relationships should be.
Healthy relationships make you feel good about yourself and need the following ingredients to keep them healthy: Acceptance - so that you can both be free to be who you are Trust - to enable a relationship to grow Listening to each other with care and concern Fun and laughter Free expression of different opinions and interests Freedom to disagree, compromise, talk things through and say sorry Freedom to be interdependent, so that you can be in a relationship and still maintain your own circile of friends, family and individual interests
Relationhships Begin With You
Relationships begin with you because the type of person you are determines what you want from a relationship and the type of person you are attracted to. The more you invest in your personal growth, feel good about who you are and actively engaged in setting and maintaining boundaries the better you will be at seeking out the right type of people who also are into healthy relationships.
